The invention discloses a vehicle speed measuring device based on a Beidou positioning technology and relates to the technical field of vehicle speed measurement. The vehicle speed measuring device comprises a fixed sucker, a window and a display screen, wherein an adjusting device is arranged outside the bottom of the fixed sucker, a sliding way is installed outside the bottom of the adjusting device, a storage groove is formed in the sliding way, a storage device is installed in the storage groove, and an installation plate is arranged outside the bottom of the sliding way. According to theinvention, the adjusting device, the retaining screws and the movable rod are arranged; before the vehicle speed measuring device is used, the placement height of the vehicle speed measuring device can be adjusted by utilizing the interaction among the adjusting device, the retaining screws and the movable rod in advance; the device is simple in structure; the retaining screws are used for fastening, the device can be kept stable in the high-speed running process of a vehicle, the possibility of shaking between the supporting rod bodies is avoided, more technologies are not needed during the operation, and a user can use the supporting rod conveniently and quickly.
