The invention discloses an elevator control system based on a zigbee wireless communication technology. The elevator control system comprises a main control module, a safety detection module, a signal module, an inner calling elevator board module, an outer calling elevator board module and an energy storage module, wherein the energy storage module is used for providing electric energy for the safety detection module, the signal module and the inner calling elevator board module; the main control module, the safety detection module, the signal module, the inner calling elevator board module, the outer calling elevator board module and the energy storage module internally comprise zigbee communication modules, and the zigbee communication modules are in two-way communication; and wired connection is replaced by the zigbee communication modules, the main control module, an elevator car inner detection module, an elevator car inner calling elevator board module and a hoistway outer layer outer calling elevator board module are connected through the zigbee communication modules, so that signal transmission between elevator control systems is wireless, the maintenance cost of the elevator control systems is reduced, the service life of the elevator control system is prolonged, and the use scenes of the elevator control system are increased.
