The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy production, in particular to an aluminum alloy widened carriage plate and a production process thereof. The production process comprises the following steps of (1), smelting, specifically, raw materials are smelted in a smelting furnace, the raw materials are refined in a heat preservation furnace, and molten aluminum in the heat preservation furnace is degassed by adopting a furnace bottom blowing process; (2), casting, specifically, the molten aluminum is casted into an aluminum alloy cast ingot, the width of the cast ingot is 298-598mm; (3), homogenizing, specifically, homogenizing heat treatment is carried out on the aluminum alloy cast ingot, and macroscopic and metallographic structure detection is carried out after discharging and cooling; (4), hot extrusion, specifically, the qualified cast ingot is subjected to hot extrusion, and an aluminum alloy plate with the width ranging from 300-600mm is obtained after cooling; and (5), heat treatment, specifically, the aluminum alloy plate is subjected to online quenching and artificial aging. By means of the production process, the aluminum alloy carriage plate with the width ranging from 300-600mm can be manufactured, the flatness of the aluminum alloy carriage plate is high, and both the mechanical property and the machining property can meet the use requirements of a train carriage body.

    本发明涉及铝合金生产技术领域,具体涉及一种铝合金加宽厢板及其生产工艺,生产工艺,包括(1)熔炼:原料在熔炼炉熔化后进入保温炉精炼,保温炉采用炉底吹气工艺对铝液进行除气;(2)铸造:将铝液铸造成铝合金铸锭,铸锭宽度为298~598mm;(3)均质:对铝合金铸锭进行均匀化热处理,出炉冷却后进行低倍、金相组织检测;(4)热挤压:热挤压合格铸锭,冷却后得到宽度为300~600mm的铝合金板材;(5)热处理:铝合金板材进行在线淬火、人工时效。该生产工艺可制造出宽度在300~600mm的铝合金厢板,且铝合金厢板的平整度高,力学性能及加工性能均能满足列车箱体使用要求。
