The invention discloses a fuel cell thermal management mode switching and control method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring a temperature value of a temperature monitoring point of each thermal management loop, performing mode switching judgment based on the temperature value of the temperature monitoring point in a first-stage controller, and if the temperature value meets a mode switching condition, making the second-level controller perform heat management mode switching based on the mode switching judgment result, and if not, making all the heat management loops keep the current heat management mode. And different thermal management modes are divided in the secondary controller according to the environment temperature and the temperature value of each thermal management loop, so that the efficient and stable operation of the whole fuel cell thermal management system is ensured. According to the method, the control is simple, and the mode switching and control of the thermal management system can be better executed through the two-stage controller.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池热管理模式切换与控制方法,通过获取各热管理回路温度监测点的温度值,在一级控制器中基于温度监测点的温度值进行模式切换判断,如果温度值满足模式切换条件,则由二级控制器基于模式切换判断结果进行热管理模式切换,否则各热管理回路保持当前热管理模式。在二级控制器中根据环境温度与各热管理回路温度值划分了不同的热管理模式,保证整个燃料电池热管理系统高效稳定地运行。本发明控制简单,可以通过两级控制器更好地执行热管理系统的模式切换与控制。
