An electromagnetic brake switch disclosed by the present invention comprises a shell (10) in which an accommodating cavity (10A) is defined; a pull rod assembly (20) which is installed in the accommodating cavity (10A) in a stretchable manner and at least part of which (20) extends out of the shell (10), wherein a magnet (25) is arranged on the pull rod assembly (20); a brake power-off switch (30) which is arranged close to the pull rod assembly (20) and can move between an opening position for opening the brake power-off switch (30) and a closing position for closing the brake power-off switch (30) under the action of the pull rod assembly (20); and a Hall sensor (40) which is arranged close to the magnet (25) and is used for sensing the variable quantity of a magnetic field of the magnet (25) along with the movement of the pull rod assembly (20) and forming an electric signal with a corresponding magnitude. The electromagnetic brake switch can effectively measure the braking force and provide parameter reference for braking.

    本发明公开了一种电磁制动开关,包括:壳体(10),内部限定出容纳腔(10A);拉杆组件(20),可拉伸地安装于所述容纳腔(10A)内,且至少部分伸出所述壳体(10);其中,所述拉杆组件(20)上配置有磁铁(25);刹车断电开关(30),靠近所述拉杆组件(20)设置,能够在拉杆组件(20)的作用下实现在打开刹车断电开关(30)的打开位置和关闭刹车断电开关(30)的关闭位置之间运动;霍尔传感器(40),靠近所述磁铁(25)设置,用于感应所述磁铁(25)伴随着所述拉杆组件(20)的运动其磁场的变化量并形成相应大小的电信号。该电磁制动开关能够有效测量刹车力度,为刹车制动提供参数参考。
