The invention is based on a wiper blade device with at least one wind deflector unit (16); at least one channel unit (20), which is at least partially fixed to an outer side (30) of the deflector unit (16); and at least one wiper blade adapter (12) connected to at least one wiper arm or a wiper arm adapter arranged on the wiper arm, the wiper blade adapter (12) comprising at least one adapter base body (32) and at least one adapter attachment (34). It is proposed that the at least one adapter attachment (34) have at least two fluidically connected fluid line extensions (42, 42') connected with the at least one channel unit (20).
