The invention discloses a control device and method of a train communication network structure and a train communication network system, the train communication network structure comprises at least two bus type network topology structures which are mutually redundant, and each bus type network topology structure is used as an independent train control network to transmit a train control signal; the control device comprises a processor and a memory; and the processor is configured to select one of the at least two bus-type network topology structures as a current train control network according to a preset rule, so that the selected bus-type network topology structure transmits a train control signal. According to the method, the shutdown risk caused by the fault of a single bus type network topology structure is effectively avoided, so that the redundancy of the train control network is effectively improved, and the reliability and availability of the train control network are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种列车通信网络结构的控制装置及方法和列车通信网络系统,列车通信网络结构包括至少两个相互冗余的总线型网络拓扑结构,每一个总线型网络拓扑结构分别用于作为独立的列车控制网络传输列车控制信号;控制装置包括处理器及存储器;处理器被配置为根据预设规则从至少两个总线型网络拓扑结构中选取一个作为当前列车控制网络,以使选取的总线型网络拓扑结构传输列车控制信号。本发明有效地规避了单一总线型网络拓扑结构故障导致的停运风险,从而有效地提升了列车控制网络的冗余度,进而极大地提升了列车控制网络的可靠性与可用性。
