The invention provides a light-weight miniature quadruped robot. The light-weight miniature quadruped robot comprises a trunk assembly, hip joint power assemblies, knee joint power assemblies, thigh power assemblies and shank power assemblies. The trunk assembly comprises a trunk and a first motor module, and the first motor module is fixedly installed on the trunk; the hip joint power assembly comprises a hip joint motor mounting plate and a second motor module; the knee joint power assembly comprises a knee joint motor mounting plate and a third motor module; one end of the thigh power assembly is fixedly connected with the other side of the knee joint motor mounting plate, the other end of the thigh power assembly is rotatably connected with one end of the shank power assembly to form a knee joint, and one end of the shank power assembly is in transmission connection with the third motor module through a belt. According to the light-weight miniature quadruped robot, the robot is subjected to light-weight design by adopting a hollow and punching sleeve type motor module mounting mode, so that the loading capacity of the robot is effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种轻量化微小型四足机器人,包括躯干组件、髋关节动力总成、膝关节动力总成、大腿动力总成和小腿动力总成;躯干组件包括躯干和第一电机模组,第一电机模组固定安装在躯干上;髋关节动力总成包括髋关节电机安装板和第二电机模组;膝关节动力总成包括膝关节电机安装板和第三电机模组;大腿动力总成的一端与膝关节电机安装板的另一侧固定连接,大腿动力总成的另一端与小腿动力总成的一端转动连接以形成膝关节,小腿动力总成的一端与第三电机模组通过带传动连接。本轻量化微小型四足机器人采用镂空、打孔套筒式的电机模组安装方式对机器人进行了轻量化设计,有效提高了本机器人的可负载能力。
