An embodiment of the invention relates to the field of projection optics, and discloses a projection optical system applied to a head-up display device of an automobile. The projection optical systemcomprises an image generation unit, a first reflection unit, a double telecentric lens, a light splitting device, a second reflection unit, a first lens, a third reflection unit and a second lens which are sequentially arranged according to a light emitting direction, wherein the light splitting device is arranged on the image plane of the double-telecentric lens, the image generation unit can emit light beams containing image information of a first image and a second image with different contents at the same time, and after the light beams pass through the first reflection unit, the double-telecentric lens and the light splitting device, the light beams of the first image pass through the second reflection unit to be projected and imaged. According to the projection optical system provided by the embodiment of the invention, different display contents and pictures can be respectively realized at two different positions at the same time, the size is small, and the cost is low.
本发明实施例涉及领域，公开了一种应用于汽车的抬头显示装置的投影光学系统，其包括按出光方向依次设置的图像生成单元、第一反射单元、双远心镜头、分光装置、第二反射单元、第一镜头、第三反射单元和第二镜头，其中，分光装置设置在所述双远心镜头的像面处，图像生成单元能够同时出射包含不同内容的第一图像和第二图像的图像信息的光束，该光束经过第一反射单元、双远心镜头和分光装置后，第一图像的光束经过第二反射单元出射投影成像，第二图像的光束经过第三反射单元出射投影成像，本发明实施例提供的投影光学系统能够同时在两个不同的位置分别实现不同的显示内容和画面，且体积小、成本低。
