Damping of the signal lamp is achieved according to a ground vibration condition, damage to electronic components in the signal lamp due to violent ground vibration is avoided, ground vibration serves as a power source for energy storage, cleaning of the signal lamp is automatically completed after energy storage is completed, and cleaning of the signal lamp after ground vibration flying dust is guaranteed.
