The invention provides a tread brake and a rail vehicle with the same. The tread brake is used for braking wheels of the railway vehicle and comprises a brake assembly which is mounted on the bogie ofthe rail vehicle so as to apply braking force to wheels; a stopping assembly which is connected with the brake assembly and the bogie so that when the brake assembly applies braking force to the wheels, the stopping assembly is used for stopping the first acting force and the second acting force borne by the brake assembly, the stopping assembly comprises a plurality of stopping structures whichare connected in sequence, and the stopping structures are of an integrally-formed structure. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, the installation stability ofthe tread brake on the bogie is poor can be solved.
本发明提供了一种踏面制动器及具有其的轨道车辆。踏面制动器用于对轨道车辆的车轮进行制动，踏面制动器包括：制动组件，安装在轨道车辆的转向架上，以向车轮施加制动力；止挡组件，与制动组件和转向架均连接，以在制动组件向车轮施加制动力时，止挡组件用于止挡制动组件受到的第一作用力和第二作用力；其中，止挡组件包括依次连接的多个止挡结构，多个止挡结构为一体成型结构。应用本发明的技术方案，可以解决现有技术中的踏面制动器在转向架上安装稳定性差的问题。
