The invention discloses a method for displaying elevator waiting time. The method comprises the following steps that S1, based on an elevator control system, speed configuration, floor registration number and operation modes possibly existing in an elevator are defined and calculated, and the time needed by an elevator car to reach the floor where a passenger waiting for the elevator is located from the current floor is obtained; S2, reasonable interval classification is conducted on the elevator waiting time calculated by the elevator control system; and S3, when the elevator waiting time isin different intervals, buttons of a calling device are controlled by the elevator control system to emit light in different colors. According to the method, color management conforming to the psychological habits of a user is adopted, the time needed by the elevator car to reach the floor where the passenger waiting for the elevator is located from the current floor is dynamically calculated through the elevator control system and reflected on the buttons of the calling device outside a hall in a light-emitting color change mode in real time, the remaining time for the passenger waiting for the elevator to reach the floor is informed to the passenger waiting for the elevator in advance, and therefore the passenger waiting for the elevator can reasonably arrange time and relieve anxiety caused by unknown waiting time.
本发明公开了一种电梯候梯时长显示方法，包括如下步骤：S1、基于一电梯控制系统，对电梯可能存在的速度配置、楼层登记数量和运行模式进行定义和运算，得出电梯轿厢从当前层到达候梯乘客所在楼层所需时间；S2、对电梯控制系统运算得出的候梯时长进行合理的区间分类；S3、当候梯时长处于不同的区间时，通过电梯控制系统的控制使召唤装置的按钮发出不同颜色的灯光；本发明以符合用户心理习惯的颜色管理，通过电梯控制系统动态计算电梯轿厢从当前层运行到候梯乘客所在层的时间，实时地以发光颜色变化的方式反映在厅外召唤装置的按钮上，向候梯乘客预告距电梯到达剩余时间，使候梯乘客可以合理安排时间及缓解因未知等待时间引起的焦虑。
