The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted data acquisition device. The vehicle-mounted data acquisition device is characterized in that a power supply control circuit is used for filtering an input power supply and outputting a voltage in a proper range so as to provide a certain load driving capability. An LED lamp control circuit is used for providing a power supply indicating lamp and controlling the on/off of two signal indicating lamps according to the states of two CAN buses. A CAN bus control circuit is used for providing hardware circuit support for stable transceiving of the CAN buses. The device has the main effects that data from a vehicle CAN network is received through one CAN bus, and data processing and storage are carried out; and the required information is sent out through the other path of CAN. The device mainly comprises the power supply control circuit, the LED lamp control circuit, the CAN bus control circuit, an SD card control circuit, a reset circuit and a JTAGprogram downloading circuit.
