The invention provides a vehicle and an automatic driving braking system and an automatic driving braking method thereof. The system is characterized by comprising an automatic driving controller HADand a vehicle body electronic stabilization system ESP; the ESP sends a state signal to the HAD; and the HAD sends a corresponding control signal or control instruction to the ESP according to the state signal. Therefore, before the HAD instructs the ESP to execute the braking control, the ESP sends a state signal of the ESP to the HAD; then, the HAD receives a state signal fed back by the ESP, the corresponding control signal or control instruction is sent to the ESP, so that unexpected braking control of the vehicle due to the fact that the HAD sends the wrong control signal or control instruction can be avoided, the effectiveness and reliability of control of the automatic driving braking system are improved, and the driving safety is ensured.
本申请提出一种车辆及其自动驾驶制动系统和自动驾驶制动方法，其特征在于，包括：自动驾驶控制器HAD和车身电子稳定系统ESP；所述ESP向所述HAD发送状态信号；所述HAD根据所述状态信号向所述ESP发送对应的控制信号或控制指令。由此，本申请通过在HAD指示ESP执行制动控制之前，由ESP向HAD发送自身的状态信号，然后HAD再根据接收到的ESP反馈的状态信号，向ESP发送对应的控制信号或控制指令，能够避免了HAD发送错误控制信号或控制指令导致车辆出现未预期的制动控制，提高了自动驾驶制动系统控制的有效性和可靠性，确保了行车安全。
