The invention discloses an electric ship control system which comprises a rear axle left side motor and a rear axle right side motor, and further comprises a front side steering motor arranged at thefront end of a ship body of an electric ship, and a central controller which is used for receiving the control signal and driving the front side steering motor to operate when the control signal meetsthe steering condition, so that the turning radius of the electric ship is reduced to a preset value through cooperation of the front side steering motor and the rear axle left side motor and/or therear axle right side motor. The front side steering motor is additionally arranged, so that the front part of the ship body can laterally move independent of rear axle steering, the turning radius ofthe ship body is greatly reduced, and the sailing safety can be improved in occasions of turning, obstacle avoidance and the like in a narrow space. The invention further discloses an electric ship which has the above beneficial effects.
