The invention relates to the technical field of lifting appliance design, and discloses a lifting appliance for zinc electrodeposition. The lifting appliance comprises a swing-prevention frame, a positioning frame and a lifting frame part which are sequentially sleeved and connected, the lifting frame part is sleeved with the positioning frame and can do lifting sliding in the height direction ofthe positioning frame, the positioning frame is sleeved with the swing-prevention frame and can do contact lifting sliding of a certain segment of distance in the height direction of the swing-prevention frame, the swing-prevention frame is in rigid connection to a crane trolley bottom bearing beam, the lifting frame part is driven by a crane winch mechanism to do lifting sliding to lift a polar plate in an electrodeposition groove, the bottom end of the positioning frame is provided with a positioning column which is centered with an electrodeposition groove positioning cone for positioning when the positioning frame descends, the lifting appliance adopts a structural manner of a three-layer frame and two-stage guide, the whole structure is compact, the system is good in rigidity, the guide clearance is adjustable, and precise guide is easily achieved.

    本发明涉及吊具设计技术领域,公开一种锌电积用吊具,包括依次套设相接的防摇摆框架、定位框架和吊架部件,吊架部件套设在定位框架内并可沿定位框架高度方向作升降滑移,定位框架套设在防摇摆框架内并可沿防摇摆框架高度方向作一段距离的接触升降滑移,防摇摆框架刚性连接在行车小车底部承重梁上,吊架部件由行车卷扬机构带动作升降滑移以便起吊电积槽中的极板,定位框架底端设有在定位框架下降时与电积槽定位锥对中定位的定位柱。吊具采用三层框架、两级导向的结构形式,整体结构紧凑,系统刚性好,导向间隙可调整,易实现精确导向。
