The invention provides a thrust redistribution method under breakdown of a ship dynamic positioning ship propeller. The method mainly comprises the steps: 1, dividing partial faults and complete faults based on different fault degrees, and applying the fault types to thrust distribution; 2, establishing an optimization model in a fault mode based on a maximum thrust fault coefficient method of thepropeller; and 3, determining the thrust redistribution method of the propeller of the dynamic positioning system. A genetic algorithm is selected as an optimization solving method of the control system, and a criterion for solving optimization control distribution is determined. According to the invention, a proper fault model is established for different fault types and degrees. In order to ensure that the ship continues to work safely under the condition that the propelling breaks down, different fault types of the propeller are analyzed, and control distribution parameters of the propulsion system are reconstructed.
本发明提供的是一种船舶动力定位船推进器故障情况下的推力重分配方法。主要包括:1、基于不同的故障程度分为部分故障和完全故障,并将该故障类型应用于推力分配之中。2、基于推进器最大推力故障系数的方法,建立故障模式下优化模型。3、确定动力定位系统推进器推力重分配的方法。选择遗传算法作为本控制系统的优化求解方法,确定求解优化控制分配的准则。本发明针对不同的故障类型和程度建立了恰当的故障模型。为了保证船舶在推进器故障情况下继续安全作业,分析了推进器的不同故障类型并对推进系统的控制分配参数进行了重构。
