The invention discloses a safety detection device for a crawler dozer. The detection device includes a slope, a bottom cavity is formed in the slope; a rotating mechanism is arranged in the bottom cavity; the rotating mechanism comprises a fixing box fixed to the rear end wall of the bottom cavity. A rotating cavity is formed in the fixing box; a lifting mechanism is arranged in the bottom cavity;the lifting mechanism comprises three motor grooves formed in the rear end wall of the bottom cavity. An object carrying block is arranged in the motor groove in a manner of moving up and down; a detection mechanism is arranged in the bottom cavity; the detection mechanism comprises two fixed blocks fixedly arranged on the rear end wall of the bottom cavity; and a connecting opening is formed inthe fixing block on the left side in an up-down penetrating manner. The device can clean a crawler belt of the bulldozer, so that when the bulldozer runs on a road, the road is not polluted, the cleanliness is improved, the crawler belt of the bulldozer can be detected, the crawler belt is prevented from being damaged after work, the working efficiency can be improved through timely detection, andpotential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种履带式推土机安全检测装置,包括斜坡,所述斜坡内设有底部腔,所述底部腔内设有转动机构,所述转动机构包括固定在所述底部腔后端壁的固定箱,所述固定箱内设有转动腔,所述底部腔内设有升降机构,所述升降机构包括设置在所述底部腔后端壁的三个电机槽,所述电机槽内能够上下移动设有载物块,所述底部腔内设有检测机构,所述检测机构包括所述底部腔后端壁固定设有的两个固定块,左侧所述固定块内上下贯通设有连接口,本装置能对推土机履带的进行清理,使得推土机在马路上行驶时,不会对马路造成污染,提高了整洁度,同时能对推土机的履带进行检测,防止工作后履带出现破损,及时检测能提高其工作效率,降低安全隐患。
