The invention discloses a real-time intelligent detection system for vehicle brake shoes based on RFID. The real-time intelligent detection system comprises a radio frequency identification device, areader, an electronic tag, a temperature measurement device, a pressure measurement device, a thickness measurement device, and a data distribution and alarm device. After the electronic tag receivesa radio frequency signal from the reader, the radio frequency identification device performs power supply and read-and-write operations on the electronic tag, the temperature measurement device and the pressure measurement device transmit the monitored temperature value and pressure value to the electronic tag at the same time, the reader receives the tag information, temperature value and pressure value of the electronic tag, and transmits the data to the data distribution and alarm device in combination with the thickness collected by the thickness measurement device for summary storage, andwhen any data of the temperature value, pressure value and thickness of the brake shoe exceeds the set threshold, automatic alarm is carried out to improve the use range and accuracy of the brake shoe detection structure.

    本发明公开了一种基于RFID的车辆闸瓦实时智能检测系统,包括射频识别装置、阅读器、电子标签、温度测量装置、压力测量装置、厚度测量装置和数据分发及报警装置,当所述电子标签接收到所述阅读器发出的射频信号后,所述射频识别装置对所述电子标签进行供电和读写操作,同时所述温度测量装置和所述压力测量装置将监测到的温度值和压力值传输至所述电子标签,由所述阅读器将接收所述电子标签的标签信息、温度值和压力值,并结合所述厚度测量装置采集到的厚度一起传输至所述数据分发及报警装置中进行汇总存储,并当闸瓦的温度值、压力值和厚度中任一数据超过设定阈值时,自动报警,提升闸瓦检测结构的使用范围和准确度。
