The invention discloses an explosion-proof reversing electromagnetic valve. The explosion-proof reversing electromagnetic valve comprises a valve body, a valve core and a coil, wherein the valve coreand the coil are installed to the valve body, the coil is connected with a control box through a control cable, the outer portion of the valve body is provided with a shell in a sealed manner, the connection position between the control cable and the coil is provided with a valve safety wire, and the valve safety wire is arranged inside the shell. According to the explosion-proof reversing electromagnetic valve, by means of the arrangement of the valve safety wire, the valve safety wire is fused off in case of overload, temperature rising caused by the overload is avoided, meanwhile, the control cable and the valve safety wire capable of generating electric sparks or electric arcs and other ignition sources are arranged inside the shell, the electric sparks and the like are prevented fromdetonating external explosive gases, and external combustible dust and conductive dust also can be prevented from entering the shell; and the full-vehicle safety is improved, and intelligent safety control and optimization of an autonomous safety system are realized. The invention further discloses an internal combustion explosion-proof forklift comprising the explosion-proof reversing electromagnetic valve.
本发明公开一种防爆换向电磁阀，包括阀体、安装于阀体的阀芯和线圈，线圈通过控制电缆连接控制箱，阀体外部密封安装有外壳，控制电缆与线圈的连接处设置有阀门保险丝，阀门保险丝设置于外壳内部。通过设置阀门保险丝，出现过载时阀门保险丝熔断，避免由于过载导致的温度升高，同时将能够产生电火花或电弧等点燃源的控制电缆和阀门保险丝设置在外壳内，防止电火花等引爆外部爆炸性气体，也可防止外部可燃性粉尘、导电性粉尘进入壳体内部。提高了整车安全性，实现自主安全系统的智能安全控制和优化。本发明还公开一种包括上述防爆换向电磁阀的内燃防爆叉车。
