The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted carpet with heat preservation performance. The carpet comprises a carpet hair layer, air bags, a soft layer, a thermal insulation layer, a bottom layer and an adsorption layer; the soft layer is arranged under the carpet hair layer; the thermal insulation layer is arranged under the soft layer; the air bags are arranged in the thermal insulation layer; the adsorption layer is arranged under the thermal insulation layer; and the bottom layer is arranged under the adsorption layer. The carpet is simple in structure. The air bags and a soft magnetic material are matched with each other to form the thermal insulation layer, and therefore, a good thermal insulation effect and good air permeability can be realized; and the adsorption layer made of a nanometer bamboo charcoal material and cotton is arranged under the thermal insulation layer, and therefore, air in a carriage can be purified.
