The invention discloses a radiator for improving heat dissipation efficiency. The radiator comprises a frame body, a flat pipe and corrugated fins, wherein a connecting pipe is connected to a liquid inlet of the flat pipe in a communicating mode, a liquid inlet pipe is in sealed connected to the end, away from the flat pipe, of the connecting pipe through a flange in a communicating mode, a liquidoutlet pipe is in sealed connection to a liquid outlet of the flat pipe through a flange in a communicating mode, the flat pipe is arranged to be a snakelike flat pipe, the flat pipe and the corrugated fins are alternately arranged, wave crests and wave troughs of the corrugated fins are welded and fixed to the side portions of the flat pipe, connecting pieces are welded and fixed at the centralpositions of the arc-shaped portions of the flat pipe, the flat pipe is arranged in the frame body through the connecting pieces, a fixing plate is welded and fixed to one side of the frame body, andthe frame body is arranged to be a rectangular frame. Through the radiator, the contact area with external air can be increased, the contact area between the heat dissipation surface and a cooling liquid can be increased, the heat dissipation efficiency can be effectively improved, the disassembly and the installation are facilitated, and the replacement is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种提高散热效率的散热器,包括架体、扁管和波纹翅片,所述扁管的进液口连通有连接管,所述连接管远离扁管的一端通过法兰密封连通有进液管,所述扁管的出液口通过法兰密封连通有出液管,所述扁管设置为蛇形扁管,所述扁管与波纹翅片呈交替设置,且波纹翅片的波峰和波谷均与扁管的侧部焊接固定,所述扁管的弧形部中心位置处焊接固定有连接片,所述扁管通过连接片安装在架体内,所述架体的一侧焊接固定有固定板,所述架体设置为长方形架。本发明通过该散热器,可以增大与外界空气的接触面积,以及增大散热面与冷却液的接触面积,可以有效的提高散热效率,并且便于拆卸和安装,方便更换。
