The invention provides a bridge deck crane and a using method of the bridge deck crane to dismount a bridge. The bridge deck crane comprises a frame, a fixed pulley, a movable pulley, a traction driving device and a rigging, wherein the fixed pulley is rotationally arranged at one end of the top of the frame, the movable pulley is arranged right below the fixed pulley, the traction driving deviceis arranged at a predetermined distance from the other end of the frame, the traction driving device is provided with a traction rope, the traction rope is wound on the fixed pulley and the movable pulley, the fixed pulley and the movable pulley are driven to rotate through retraction and release of the traction rope, lifting motion of the movable pulley is achieved, and when the movable pulley rises to abut against the fixed pulley, the traction rope is clamped to drive the frame to slide, and the rigging is arranged on a pulley seat of the movable pulley. The bridge deck crane can achieve lifting movement of a lifted object and sliding of the frame through the traction driving device. Compared with the prior art, the bridge deck crane has the advantages that the design structure is simple, the operation is simple and convenient, and the manufacturing cost is low. When the bridge deck crane is applied to bridge dismounting, the operation is easy and convenient, and the dismounting construction period is effectively shortened.

    本发明提供一种桥面吊机及其应用于拆桥的使用方法,桥面吊机包括机架、定滑轮、动滑轮、牵引驱动装置及索具,定滑轮可转动地设置于机架顶部一端,动滑轮设置于定滑轮的正下方,牵引驱动装置与机架的另一端间隔预定距离设置,牵引驱动装置具有牵引绳,牵引绳绕设于定滑轮及动滑轮上,通过牵引绳的收放带动定滑轮及动滑轮转动而实现动滑轮的升降运动,当动滑轮上升至与定滑轮相抵持时,牵引绳被卡持从而带动机架滑动,索具设置于动滑轮的滑轮座上。本发明桥面吊机通过牵引驱动装置可实现被吊物的升降运动及机架的滑动,与现有技术相比,如此设计结构简单,操作简便,制造成本较低。应用本发明桥面吊机拆桥时操作简便,有效缩短拆卸工期。
