The invention discloses a control method of an automobile air inlet grille. The engine water temperature T is detected, the lowest set value of the water temperature of the engine is T1; the highest set value of the water temperature of the engine is T2; if T < = T1, the grille blades are driven by the self-locking mechanism to be overturned to the completely-closed position and kept at the completely-closed position, if T1 is larger than T and smaller than T2, the grille blades are kept at the current opening position through the self-locking mechanism, and if T is larger than or equal to T2,the grille blades are driven by the self-locking mechanism to be overturned to the completely-opened position and kept at the completely-opened position; the self-locking mechanism comprises a worm and gear device connected with the grid blades and a driving device capable of driving the worm and gear device to act. The grid blades can be self-locked at the completely-opened position and the completely-closed position through the worm and gear structure, the self-locking function of the grid blades can be achieved without the need that the motor is in a continuous working state, a stepping motor can be replaced by a common motor, the cost is low, and the reliability is high.
本发明公开了一种汽车进气格栅的控制方法,检测发动机水温T,发动机水温的最低设定值为T1,发动机水温的最高设定值为T2,若T≤T1,则通过自锁机构驱动格栅叶片翻转至完全关闭位置并保持在完全关闭位置,若T1<T<T2,则通过自锁机构使格栅叶片保持在当下开启位置,若T≥T2,则通过自锁机构驱动格栅叶片翻转至完全开启位置并保持在完全开启位置;自锁机构包括与格栅叶片连接的涡轮蜗杆装置和可驱动涡轮蜗杆装置动作的驱动装置。通过涡轮蜗杆的结构可使格栅叶片在完全开启位置和完全关闭位置自锁,无需电机处于持续工作状态即可实现格栅叶片的自锁功能,可使用普通电机替代步进电机,成本低、可靠性高。
