The embodiment of the invention provides an axle box, a bogie and a rail vehicle. The axle box comprises a box body, the box body is provided with an axle hole for an axle to penetrate through, and the center line of the axle hole extends in the first direction; the box body is further provided with a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole, the center line of the first mounting hole is perpendicular to the first direction, and the center line of the second mounting hole is parallel to the first direction; the first mounting hole communicates with the second mounting hole; and a bearingis further provided and arranged in the axle hole. The axle box provided by the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for a rail vehicle bogie which cannot change the track gauge, and can be suitable for a rail vehicle bogie which can change the track gauge.
