The present invention discloses a LED alarm lamp device with voice. The LED alarm lamp device with voice is provided with a single chip microcomputer; the input end of the single chip microcomputer is connected with a key array (2); one group of output ends of the single chip microcomputer is connected with the display circuit of the LED lamp, and the other group of output ends of the single chip microcomputer is connected with a voice chip (4); and one output end of the voice chip is configured to output assigned voice to a voice amplifying circuit (5). Signals are inputted to the single chip microcomputer through the key array at the input end, the single chip microcomputer is configured to perform various logic processings according to the signals inputted by the keys, and control the display circuit and the voice circuit to output corresponding display data and voice, therefore the synchronization of voice and data is achieved.
