The invention discloses a pantograph hoisting device which is connected with an air path of an electric traction engine vehicle and is used for hoisting a pantograph of the vehicle. The pantograph hoisting device comprises an air spring (1), a guide rod (2), a guide rail cam (3) and a roller (4), wherein the guide rail cam (3) is fixed on a lower arm main shaft (6) of the pantograph; one end of the guide rod (2) is hinged with a bottom frame (7) of the pantograph; the roller (4) is mounted at the other end of the guide rod (2); the roller (4) is in contact with a rail of the guide rail cam (3) and rolls; the air spring (1) is arranged between the bottom frame (7) and the guide rod (2); one end of the air spring (1) is fixed under the guide rod (2) and the other end of the air spring (1) is fixed on the bottom frame (7); the air spring (1) is connected with the air path of the electric traction engine vehicle and drives the guide rod (2) to swing; and the guide rod (2) drives the lower arm main shaft (6) to rotate through the roller (4) and the guide rail cam (3), so that the hoisting of the pantograph is realized. The air spring is adopted so that the pantograph hoisting device works reliably, and the daily maintenance is relatively convenient.
