The invention discloses a sliding block type rear suspension device of a cab. The sliding block type rear suspension device comprises a left rear suspension, a right rear suspension and a cross beam, wherein the left rear suspension and the right rear suspension are connected through the cross beam, and the left rear suspension and the right rear suspension are symmetrical and identical in structure. The sliding block type rear suspension device is characterized in that the left rear suspension and the right rear suspension each comprise a longitudinal absorber, a guide limiting assembly and a transverse absorber, wherein the lower end of the longitudinal absorber is hinged to the cross beam, the longitudinal absorber is connected with the guide limiting assembly in a sliding mode, one end of the guide limiting assembly is hinged to the cross beam, the other end of the guide limiting assembly is hinged to the transverse absorber, and the transverse absorber is hinged to the cross beam. The guide limiting assembly is arranged, so that interference of the perpendicular rigidity of the rear suspensions is eliminated, and asynergic movement is avoided; in addition, the transverse spring absorbers can relieve sidesway and yaw oscillation, and the smoothness and comfort of the cab are greatly improved.
