The invention relates to a climbing assisting safety device of a construction tower crane. The climbing assisting safety device comprises a climb ladder, two pulleys, a safety rope, a fastening rope, two safety catches and a balancing weight, wherein the climb ladder is vertically arranged at one side in a tower body of the construction tower crane; the two pulleys are respectively supported on a tower body frame at the upper part of the top of the climb ladder by a rotating shaft; the radial center planes of the two pulleys are coincided with each other and are vertical to a cross rod of the climb ladder; the safety rope is wound in grooves of the two pulleys, one end of the safety rope is connected with the balancing weight, and the other end of the safety rope is connected with the middle part of the fastening rope; two ends of the fastening rope are respectively provided with the safety catches; one of the two safety catches can be buckled with a safety belt tied on the waist of an operator of the tower crane, and the other safety catch is buckled with the cross rod of the climb ladder. After the safety rope of the climbing assisting safety device is tied on the operator of the tower crane, the operator of the tower crane can easily climb and freely move under the action of gravity of the balancing weight arranged at the other end of the safety rope; even if four limbs of the operator of the tower crane completely get away from the climb ladder, the body of the operator only falls off slowly, and any personal injury is absolutely not caused.
