The invention discloses a hollowed-out composite plastic board which comprises a surface abrasion resistant layer and a bottom breathable supporting layer. The surface abrasion resistant layer covers the bottom breathable supporting layer and is wear-resisting fabric. The bottom breathable supporting layer is a hollowed-out plastic sheet, multiple parallel grooves are formed in the lower surface of the plastic sheet, and hollowed-out patterns communicated with the upper surface of the plastic sheet are arranged in the grooves; a sewing line penetrates through the hollowed-out patterns to connect the surface abrasion resistant layer and the bottom breathable supporting layer. The wear-resisting fabric is formed by blending polyamide fibers and bamboo fibers. In this way, according to the hollowed-out composite plastic board, the surface abrasion resistant layer is good in moisture absorption, soft and breathable, the surface abrasion resistant layer and the bottom breathable supporting layer enable the whole board to be stiff and smooth, not prone to deformation, good in decoration and high in practicability, and the hollowed-out composite plastic board is suitable for covering the surface of a seat to improve comfort and health of users using the seat in summer.
