The invention discloses an automatic-dimming headlamp intelligent control system. A vehicle speed sensor, a vehicle body height sensor and a photoresistor are all connected with a signal processing circuit. The signal processing circuit is connected with a central controller. A steering wheel steering sensor, a vehicle lamp switch signal, a vehicle door switch signal and an engine work signal are all connected with an ECU in a vehicle. The ECU in the vehicle is connected with a CAN bus. The CAN bus is connected with a bus interface circuit. The bus interface circuit is connected with the central controller. A right headlamp is connected with a right lamp left-right adjusting motor and a right lamp up-down adjusting motor. The right lamp left-right adjusting motor is connected with a fourth drive module. The right lamp up-down adjusting motor is connected with a third drive module. A left headlamp is connected with a left lamp left-right adjusting motor and a left lamp up-down adjusting motor. The left lamp left-right adjusting motor is connected with a second drive module. The left lamp up-down adjusting motor is connected with a first drive module.
