The invention relates to a Children folding seat with good safety protection effect; the Children folding seat is foldable, and a seat back is rotatable; the Children folding seat comprises a seat body, a seat back, armrests and elasticity silica gel handlebars connected with the front side of the seat body; the armrests are rotatably connected with two sides of the seat back; the seat back comprises a first seat back rod and a second seat back rod fixed in the rear end of the seat body; the first and second seat back rods are provided with a plurality of oval back sheets; two ends of each oval back sheet bend inwards and extend to form a protection sheet; a shaft rod is connected between the oval back sheet in the middle and the extending protection sheet; the head of the armrest is provided with a waist hole so as to allow the shaft rod to pass; the oval back sheet is provided with a slot allowing the head of the armrest to insert; the seat back is connected with the seat body through a rotary mechanism.
