The invention discloses vehicle maintenance lifting equipment with adjustable wheel distance. The vehicle maintenance lifting equipment comprises a base cabinet body, distance adjusting brackets, a transverse plate, a distance adjusting screw rod, a distance adjusting longitudinal plate, a distance adjusting motor, universal wheel racks, distance adjusting wheels and a chain, wherein the distance adjusting brackets are arranged at the upper part of the base cabinet body; the transverse plate is arranged between the distance adjusting brackets; the distance adjusting screw rod and the distance adjusting motor are mounted on the transverse plate; a lifting motor is arranged at the lower part of each supporting cylinder; a synchronizing shaft is arranged at the lower part of each lifting motor; a chain wheel is arranged on each synchronizing shaft; the chain wheels are connected through the chain; each universal wheel rack is arranged at the lower part of the corresponding synchronizing shaft; each distance adjusting wheel is mounted on the corresponding universal wheel rack; a height adjusting screw rod is arranged on each lifting motor; each sleeve cylinder sleeves the corresponding height adjusting screw rod; a tyre supporting rack is arranged on each sleeve cylinder. The vehicle maintenance lifting equipment disclosed by the invention can lift a vehicle to an enough height, and can be suitable for vehicles of different wheel distances through adjustment; the adjustment is simple and convenient.
