The invention provides a water environment online monitoring buoy station, and belongs to the technical field of water quality monitoring devices. The buoy station solves the problem that an existing buoy station can not effectively protect components. The water environment online monitoring buoy station comprises an instruction cabin, at least one detection cabinet and a device support. The instrument cabin is a frustum-shaped sealed container with the small end downward. The detection cabin is connected into the instrument cabin, and the lower end of the detection cabin extends out of the lower end of the instrument cabin. The device support is fixedly connected to the upper end of the instrument device. An anti-collision plate is disposed at the upper end of the device support. Monitoring, communication, warning and security protection components are located over or under the anti-collision plate respectively. The vertical projection, on the upper end face of the instrument cabin, of the anti-collision plate is located in the upper edge of the instrument cabin. The water environment online monitoring buoy station can protect the components when being collided with ships and other floating bodies, and damage caused by collision is avoided.
