The invention relates to a novel serving trolley, comprising a basic type passenger car having a compartment and a baggage cabin. An air curtain machine, a food residue cupboard, eight two-seater chairs, four four-person tables, a water dispenser, the other air curtain machine, a hand washing sink, a disinfection cabinet, a storage cabinet, four temperature adjusting meal furnace separate dining table, four single-row seats, two two-person tables and an overhead air conditioning are installed in the compartment of the basic type passenger car from front to back and from right to left. The above devices on the floor in the compartment of the basic type passenger car are fixed by bolts; a walking passage is arranged in the middle of the compartment; a water supply system, a drainage system and a pipeline form a water supply-drainage system. By applying the novel serving trolley, delicious food cooked in a dining room can be conveyed for field staff far away from the dining room and a comfortable and elegant dining environment can be provided, so the novel serving trolley is a special vehicle combining the functions of preserving heat of the food, heating, conveying and dining therein.
