A small cable charging trolley consists of a jack (1), a charging frame (2), an upper moving plate (3), a lower fixing plate (4), a moving button catch (5), a bracket (6), a handle (7) and a movable connection rod (8); the bracket (6) is fixedly provided with the lower fixing plate (4); the jack (1) is arranged on the bracket (6); the lower fixing plate (4) is connected with the charging frame (2) and the upper moving plate (3) by the movable connection rod (8); the small cable charging trolley is characterized in that the bracket (6) is connected with the handle (7) by the moving button catch (5); the handle (7) opens the bracket (6) from the moving button catch (5); a cable is placed on the charging frame (2) and the bracket (6) is lifted to needed height by the jack (1); the upper moving plate (3) pushes the cable to get away a work position of the charging frame (2). The small cable charging trolley is reasonable in design, simple in configuration, reliable in action, convenient to operate, and capable of actually meeting the production requirement of fast charging of the cable.
