The invention relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, and particularly discloses a vehicle-end-mounted sanding device and a tramcar. The vehicle-end-mounted sanding device comprises a sand box, an air compressor, a sanding sprayer and a sanding hose, wherein the sand box is arranged in an electrical cabinet at the end of a low-floor vehicle; the sanding sprayer is arranged at the lower end of the sand box; the air compressor is arranged on the sand box, is connected with the sanding sprayer, and is used for controlling the sanding amount of the sanding sprayer; one end of the sanding hose is connected with the sanding sprayer; the other end of the sanding hose extends out of a vehicle body of the low-floor vehicle and corresponds to the positions of bogies of the low-floor vehicle; and the tramcar comprises the vehicle-end-mounted sanding device. According to the vehicle-end-mounted sanding device and the tramcar, the requirements of two bogies in the middle of the tramcar for sanding are met; and the problem that the middle bogies easily idle or slide in the low-adhesion condition is overcome.
