The invention relates to a sandwich structure (1) having an embedded connecting element (6) and to a method for producing same. The sandwich structure (1) according to the invention, having two cover layers (2, 3) and a core (4) arranged therebetween, has at least one connecting element (6) for connection to further components, wherein the connecting element (6) comprises an insert (7) which is embedded into the sandwich structure (1) at a cover layer (2) and the embedding depth of which is less than the thickness of the core (4). Here, the connecting element (6) is finished flush with the outer side of the cover layer (2) via which the connecting element (6) is embedded, or protrudes from the cover layer (2). The method according to the invention for producing such a sandwich structure (1) comprises the following steps: a) producing a blind hole (5) starting from a cover layer (2) of the sandwich structure (1); b) introducing the connecting element (6) into the blind hole (5) and fastening the connecting element (6) therein; and c) finishing the connecting element (6) such that it is flush with the cover layer (2) or protrudes by a predetermined height from the cover layer (2).

L'invention concerne une structure sandwich (1) à élément de liaison (6) noyé ainsi qu'un procédé pour la produire. La structure sandwich (1) selon l'invention comporte deux couches de recouvrement (2, 3) et un noyau (4) disposé entre, et présente au moins un élément de liaison (6) pour l'assemblage d'autres composants, ledit élément de liaison (6) comprenant une pièce rapportée (7) noyée dans la structure sandwich (1) au niveau d'une couche de recouvrement (2), pièce rapportée dont la profondeur d'entrée est inférieure à l'épaisseur du noyau (4). A cet effet, l'élément de liaison (6) est retravaillé de manière à se trouver à fleur de la face extérieure de la couche de recouvrement (2) par l'intermédiaire de laquelle l'élément de liaison (6) est noyé ou à faire saillie de la couche de revêtement (2). Le procédé de production d'une telle structure sandwich (1) selon l'invention comprend les étapes suivantes : a) réaliser un trou borgne (5) à partir de la couche de recouvrement (2) de la structure sandwich (1) ; b) insérer l'élément de liaison (6) dans le trou borgne (5) et fixer ledit élément de liaison (6) dedans et c) retravailler l'élément de liaison (6) de manière qu'il se trouve à fleur de la couche de recouvrement (2) ou fait saillie, d'une hauteur prédéfinie, de la couche de recouvrement (2).
