تأثير الأزمة في سورية على المرافئ البحرية السورية

This paper addresses the impact of the crisis of Syria since 2011 on important economic sector which is the Syrian seaports sector. and discusses the work indicators of Lattakia and Tartous ports and their navigational movement during the crisis period and comparing them with the pre-crisis years. The research also shed light on maritime transport and international maritime trade, and show the role of Syrian shipping in Syrian foreign trade. The research aims at explaining the impact of the crisis and the impact of this crisis on the ports of Lattakia and Tartous. The research will provide recommendations that can contribute to mitigate the effects of the crisis and increase the readiness of the port in preparation for the reconstruction phase يتناول هذا البحث تأثير الأزمة التي تمر بها سورية منذ عام 2011 على قطاع اقتصادي هام هو قطاع المرافئ البحرية السورية، وناقش هذا البحث مؤشرات عمل مرفأي اللاذقية وطرطوس وحركتهما الملاحية خلال فترة الأزمة ومقارنتها مع سنوات ما قبل الأزمة. كما تناول البحث إضاءة على النقل البحري والتجارة البحرية الدولية، وبيّن دور النقل البحري السوري في التجارة الخارجية السورية. ويهدف البحث إلى بيان تأثير الأزمة ومعدلات هذا التأثير على مرفأي اللاذقية وطرطوس، وقدّم البحث توصيات يمكن ان تساهم في التخفيف من تأثيرات الأزمة ورفع جاهزية المرفأ في الاستعداد لمرحلة إعادة الإعمار.
