To evaluate the effect of glass fiber on the HMA(hot mix asphalt), laboratory investigations are conducted on the samples with and without glass fibers. The testing undertaken in this research comprises of the indirect tensile test, rutting test, repeated loading indirect tensile test and moisture susceptibility test. The utilization of the glass fiber shows consistent result and it is found the addition of glass fiber does improve the main property of HMA. The interactive mechanism of the glass fiber on the HMA is analyzed to guide the asphalt pavement design by contrasting experimental data.
