Dual clutch automatic transmission technology is a new developed advanced automatic transmission technology in global auto industry in recent years, which combines significant advantages - such like flexibility like MT, comfort like AT (automated transmission) and also uninterrupted power output. DCT now becomes R&D hot spots of automobile enterprise and the transmission development direction in the future. During the procedure of design, the application of CAE simulation technique, including optimal design of components based on topology optimization, performance evaluation of parking system based on rigid-flexible coupling multibody dynamics, research on NVH performance, CFD simulation of lubricating system, response performance analysis of hydraulic system. As well as the contrastive analyses between the results of analyses and of test, result that the product performances reach the expected target; enable to reducing the repetitive design and experiment caused by defective design, and improving the quality and efficiency of product development.
