In recent year, the development of the underwater robot is actively studied and constructed. For example, unmanned research vessel KAIKO and autonomous underwater robot R-one are well kwon. Based on these progress, a new underwater robot system, which works like KAIKO and cruises like R-one, comes to be imaged. In this paper, the real time simulation system for the new underwater robot is constructed. The system has a dual robot-arm system as the working part and a robot-eye system as the visual sensation part. As the first step to contruct the underwater robot simulation systen; the dual cooperative control problem using the visual sensation information is considered.
