This paper takes passenger flow in Wuhan subway stations as research objects, investigating three passenger flow conditions: inbound, outbound and transfer in stations. Firstly, the main bottleneck and existing problems of each condition have been analyzed. Then, the simulation models of major bottlenecks have been simulated by AnyLogic software and their simulation accuracy have been verified. Finally, passenger flow guidance of each condition has been conducted in the simulation models. The results show that, the passing capacity of the bottleneck can be improved by more than 23.6% in inbound condition, 10% in outbound condition and 30.7% in transfer condition after passenger flow guidance.
