This specification covers fluorescent magnetic particles in the form of a dry powder. AMS3044H is the result of a Five-Year Review and update of the specification. The revision adds definitions (see 2.3), adds material strength ranges per standard heat treatments (see 3.2.5.2.1 and 3.2.5.2.2), and establishes SI units as primary (see 8.2 and throughout).
