This report, conducted by TERA Inc., was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency to examine the feasibility of a technical and financial assessment of transportation projects in Albania. The report contains information on project overview, market forecast, road sector equipment needs assessment, road sector project assessment, port sector assessment, railway sector assessment, and transportation sector policy assessment. This project has the potential to produce anywhere from $6 to $25 million in U.S. exports, with the bulk of those exports coming from transportation maintenance equipment and services.
