The purpose of the study was to acquire occupant response and vehicle acceleration in a 1982 Winnebago Trekker - Truck, NHTSA 821301 during a 30 mph frontal fixed barrier impact test. This effort was conducted in conjunction with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 212 - 'Windshield Mounting', 219 - 'Windshield Zone Intrusion', and 301-75 'Fuel System Integrity' compliance test. These compliance test results were previously documented in NHTSA/OVSC Report No. 212-NTW-82-033, 219-NTW-82-032; 301-NTW-82-066. Only the occupant response and vehicle acceleration aspects of the test are covered in this report.
