The purpose of Army Contract DA-44-009-ENG-4759 is to provide for the design, fabrication, assembly, test, and preparation for launch of three Geodetic Spacecraft. Each Spacecraft shall accommodate a SECOR TR-17 transponder or equivalent, its related power supply and electronics, and shall be utilized in conjunction with the Geodetic SECOR System built by Cubic Corporation, San Diego, California. This report contains a complete history of the design, development, fabrication, and testing of the three Geodetic Spacecraft furnished in accordance with the above contract.
