The report presents an evaluation of the effects on road safety of the 'Speak out' campaign in sogn og Fjordance county, Norway. The campaign started in 1993 and is targeted at teenagers, particularly in the 16-19 age range. The evaluation study indicates that the campaign has lead to a reduction of about 30% in the annual number of killed or injured car passengers in the 16-19 age group in Sogn og Fjordance.
