In this paper, the development of civil aviation control transfer was introduced, and the technical difficulties of civil aviation control transfer were analyzed; The standards of civil aviation industry MH/T 4029.3 in China was introduced and the current main transfer methods were listed; in addition, we analyze the realization process of type C message transfer and compare it with AIDC transfer; finally, it comes to the conclusion that type C transfer is a new transfer technology with high degree of automation, simple and convenient, and doesn’t need to clear transfer information such as intersection, transfer time and transfer height, which is suitable for vertical transfer of regional control, small and medium sized airports in the region.
