In order to meet the requirements of passenger route choice modeling for the actual operation decisions, this paper studies the problem of passenger route choice between different types of OD, in different periods in urban rail transit network. First of all, some factors affecting passenger's route choice are analyzed. Secondly, a SVR-based passenger route choice model in urban rail transit network is constructed, by using Epsilon-SVR as a regression model, using radial basis function as the kernel function, and using grid search algorithm to optimize the parameters. Then, the established route choice model is validated by the comparison of Computing results of route choice model and results obtained from the passenger flow clearing of Beijing Subway in morning rush hour. Finally, Urban Rail Transit Simulation System is used as a tool to simulate the passenger flow distribution with the results of route choice. Based on above analyses, the passenger flow in urban rail transit network can be analyzed according to different decision needs, so as to provides quantitative basis for network operation decisions.
